Nope.
Press fit in theory shouldn't come loose.
Bearing cups press in (hence the name) with a Park Tools press, then the crank arms keep it there.
Are you sure the arms are squared up and tight?

As for the noise, winter time = sand and grit and rain, so maybe that's it?

Press fit BBs are a cost saving idea dreamed up by frame manufacturers who wanted to make more money per unit.

There is no benefit to the end consumer. It isn't lighter or more efficient.

From a user-serviceability standpoint, it is worse than threaded BBs.

Have not got the bike with press fit BB .I have a Trek with a BB90 in it.The BB 90 seems to be a very reliable & hassle free setup.
The press fit setup seems to to freak me out a bit.does not seem like a good setup.Might be just me

whats your issue? BB30 cranks and bearings are much lighter. They also give the rider more heel clearance, so they are lighter and for some, more efficient... whats your issue?
