I can only say that I have ever owned one, but heck, it is my favorite. I currently own a 2011 Fuji SST 3.0. I love the way it handles, the feel of it, just everything about it. Once I figure out how to put photos up, I will post it.
Anyway, I want to hear from the Fuji owners and see what they love about theirs.

Have had two Fujis. A c.2003 (IIRC) Fuji Touring, and a 1979 Fuji Finest II. Both great bikes in their own way.
The Touring was totally at home with two panniers for commuting, but would've handled much more work with ease. A real fit-for-purpose bike.
The Finest was run SS for a while, and is awaiting a semi-period rebuild. I reckon it will be a sweet rider once its done, given the ride quality it showed as an SS.

2010 Team - my first and only road bike, no need to change as it is perfect for me and my 110kg frame. Great strength, Good flex and what a price. For 1k brand new it was a bargain - I do cop a lot of hate though from the jersey crews around the traps for sporting the brand but thats a new thread.....
