Do you have to remove the seat post to charge the battery? Is the seat post alloy or carbon?

so i got quoted on velobuild around $520 for a small frame, seem right to you? and another $500 for 38mm carbon clinchers
I think mine was just over $600 delivered from velobuild, that was some 4-5 mths ago, so yours is a good price.

Yes, have to remove the SP to charge, it's all carbon.

Hi, did you use the Neco headset that came with the frame? If so, did it take you a bit of an effort to insert bottom bearing of the headset into the headtube? Casue for some odd reason, my bottom bearing requires a reasonable amount fo force to get it in when the top bearing just slides in.

Thanks,
Wilson.

Yes used the neco. The race is always tight but the bearings go in with some pressure.
Check for overpaint on the head tube, possibly a very, very light sand needed to seat the bearing?

Oh I see, what signs are there to indicate it's a overpaint?
Its my first carbon frame, so.... forgive me, lol.

Take a look were the bearings are supposed to sit and check for overspray, the Chinese frames are notorious for little things like this, it could mean the difference between being a pain and easily slotting in.
If you are having trouble getting the race on (the silver washer looking thing that goes on the base of the tapered fork tube) then just slice it and it will slide on.

Yes snug is fine, as long as it's seated completely and evenly.
