Come down to Harrison St Velodrome for a spectate or a race. Rego from 1030, racing from 12 (kiddie CX to kick it off)

Had another awesome day with my son who loved the kid's race. Also an old work mate of mine (who has raced a lot of mountain bike races) had his first taste of CX in the Open race and loved it.

I've heard of some banger costumes being prepared in the works and can't wait to see what jesus and beaker reincarnate as.

i was gonna dress up as you, but i'd need to lose about a million kilos.

jesus has been planning his outfit for months, i reckon. gonna be next level.

Sime told me to go as grumpycat, but I reckon HMC has that on lock.

we considered bushrangers but i'd have to be ned kelly (coz no beard) and i didn't wanna deprive the audience of a full view of the handsomeness.

there's gonna be a spookycross afterparty at the edinburgh castle. i'd put the flyer up but it has too many swears. group is public on facebook though, you could search for it there if you like.

By and large the 'cross scene in Australia doesn’t contain any of the party atmosphere of its US counterpart. It’s time to bring the party to Australia and make some noise.

I prefer the Euro experience to the US... Getting sledged by some beered up fool in custom with a cow bell doesn't really interest me.
Watch the cycling tips video of spooky cross... Was it all within the velodrome or did it go outside as well?. Looked like good crowd.
4am here, can't sleep ... Big race this arvy, going to be very muddy and slippery!. Going to hurt like hell with lots of climbing and probably running eek. Bikes ready with new fango's fitted ... Pity I am not so prepared physically :oops;

All inside the velodrome this time cos this one is just a fun break-up. Always a good crowd there, even for the Rapha Super Cross version last year. I was a bit surprised at McGrory's comment; he needs to have more fun.
