Can you order directly from Surly ?

Better to deal with a LBS than SCV direct. If the surly rack is not an option I would suggest an old man mountain rack (which will no doubt be pricey as a US import). Topeak does a disc specific rack but it is not famous for surviving a beating due to the long vertical mounting it uses to clear the discs

I imagine what width tires your rocking will influence what you’ll have as alternative options. If it helps at all I’ve been very happy with my Tubus Cosmo rear rack, but I believe a 700 x 2.35 with 60mm wide SS Bethoud fender has maxed it out. This on my Surly Ogre (non boost)
I feel sure they do a wider rack that will suit a wider tire.
