Man that's a wild position for a big guy ! Do you race? Triathlons? How far is your seat setback behind the BB?

Don't race for self preservation :-)

The aggressive position isn't something I've gone after purposely, but just one that's evolved in finding my most comfortable position. It's still evolving as my saddle still needs to gradually go up another 20mm to be perfect... I hope I don't run out of post!

As for setback, I haven't specifically measured, but it's not far now.... I used much more setback when I was sitting lower...

is your torso short in comparison to your legs? Your setback must be close to zero - which is a bit non-standard for a tall fella.

Spot on... Long legs, short torso n long arms... The queer S5 geometry makes it all seem a little more extreme than it is... My setup looked relatively pro on my old S3! Lol

I've just bought a 2014 S3 & i'm looking for some race wheels. Any suggestions? I must admit those ENVE's on the S5 look mighty handsome!

I've got three different sets of FFWD wheels and have been very happy with them. I think they are great value for the quality of wheel you get.

As long as they aren't zipp u will be right! Good rims, crap hubs...

Since buying some Enves, I've been very impressed. A lot of the ride quality comes down to the hubs used however. I have some Chris king R45s on one set, and some with dt swiss 240s, and the difference is quite noticable. The 240s are ok, but R45s are very sweet.

Finally gone all black for a change, and changed the 2 position post to the single position S3 post... I'm also about to change me Quarq from the S975 to an ELSA with Rotor rings. Just need to stretch my lower back a little so I can flatten the saddle angle...

It's difficult to see in the above pics as it projects out in a perfect line with the tops of my bars...

Old pics but here's some close ups....

Saw one like this on the weekend - really, really nice! Though it wasn't anywhere near as massive as yours. That frame is enormous!

I'm also joining the Cervelo owners:

Mine should be finished by tomorrow I think. Then I can take some proper photos. I've got an Ultegra crank/chainring set going on it for the time being, but it will get SRAM Red (which will mean not using the conversion kit from BB30 to Shimano). I want to get two Shimano SW-R600 switches as well, I may order them today. Should be able to get them pretty fast. I've seen examples of how that has been done on other P5s and P3s, I'll do the same. ISM Adamo TT saddle is going on it, I got that one today.

I was just eyeing one of those up myself - albeit probably mechanical DA9000. Personally I've grown to like the red top tube.

Anyone selling an R3, R5 or RCa in 56cm? I actually quite miss my R3 and I'm thinking of getting another Cervélo quite soon...

Aye that red top tube is just nasty looking. the last few years of grey/silver frames have looked awesome I think. this/next years..ugh.
Still nice bike otherwise.

A mate just bought one of these (DA Di2). I gotta say I really like the red top tube. I'm over all-black bikes.
