I have ordered a set... I carry pliers but having to fix a chain last month was a nightmare ...hoping I dont have to use them

Yes, they are tyre levers that hook together to form pliers. I have used them and they work very well, but are fairly bulky. What I like about these is that they are flat and will pack well in the toolkit. And they have the keepers for the replacement links.

Well I'm hoping this post passes muster in that it spruiks a Chilean couple making bicycle luggage and I'm hoping falls under the "interesting" part of the threads title.

A quick glance suggests more urban usage overall.

Their site needs a little work it seems as its not fully functional (at least from my laptop).

I liked watching their short video which suggests a cottage industry couple making a range of gear.

To my eye the gear looks attractive and the prices don't appear to be wild.

I did a BNA site search, but failed to see a previous mention of these guys.

Spotted in alternative forum site.

I shopped around for the best price of that plier but ended up with this, at about 1/5 :D
I have a better tyre lever(Pedros) and can keep my links in a small plasticbag.
