modding 16 inch cranks for 4 year old

Morning,

my 4 year old is out spining her 16 inch, i think she needs a bit longer cranks and bigger chain ring for the front, has anyone done this or any ideas, she's to little for a 18 inch or 20 inch obviously being 4 but in saying that she has out grown the performance of the 16inch cranks and ring (she did a 20km ride yesterday) any ideas would be great

I would start with swapping to a smaller rear sprocket
