Croozer bike trailer stroller wheel not turning

Hi,
As above, when you install the stroller wheel on my Croozer it goes in as normal and moves around freely, however when you actually push the stroller the wheel doesn't turn and just drags.
Anyone experienced this?

Yep, mine started the same thing after a while of ownership. Not completely binding up, but wouldn't align as well as it originally did.

Never solved it properly; sold the trailer once the kids outgrew it. A bit of grease helped, but makes things messier... I guess the ultimate solution would be to ream out the hole and put a proper sleeve bearing in there.

I've put some grease and is working at the moment. We will see...
