Oppy C5 cable routing

Build under construction.
C5 2011ish model. Can you educate me on best way to route front derailleur cable?
Photo would be helpful.

Also do you run gear cable outter all the way through frame?

If not are special large ferrals required at the holes into head tube?

Inners run all the way through, from shifter to below the BB junction. Put a ferrule on the BB end.
