Need some ID help

I just aquired a little 16" Malvern Star girls bike, it has two stars on the head stem, the number 59420 is stamped vertically on the left side of the seat pole stem. It has stickers with kookaburras on it and one with Bruce Small on it I have researched him and understand he became a distributor for Malvern Star. Malvern Star tell me that all early records were destroyed in a factory fire.

The bike is totally rideable I only had to put new rubber on the English valves and give it a wash

Any info would be great, thanks in advance
