Malvern Star 2 star?? serial number may help identify year and model

Hello all. This is my first post. I recently purchased a fixed wheel bicycle which i believe to be a Malvern Star 2 star. ( it has the two stars on the head tube and a star on top of each side of the forks)

The serial number is 5 M 1714. The type of rims on it leads me to think it`s around the 1930`s ??

If anyone can help me re the identification of the year and model i would be really appreciative.

I`m still trying to work out how to post pics too -so any guidance there would also be appreciated

Hi I have two stars one has a serial numbers on the back stay 14448 , I can't work out how to send a photo . I have another which is B120608. Any information on this would be great . They are both ladies bike the first one has all the old bells and whistles , 3 speed hub mudguards carriers dynamo . With try work out a photo.
