Phil Latz selling Bicycling Australia (and mags)

Postby AUbicycles » Mon Jul 07, 2014 5:44 pm

Phil Latz has sold Bicycling Australia - essentially the magazine publishing component (Bicycling Australia, MTB Australia, Bicycling Yearbook, eBike Australia and Bicycling Trade) which goes to Yaffa Publishing who have dozens of specific interest consumer and trade magazines in their ranks.

The location of the offices and staff remain and Phil Latz retains the Where to Ride series plus online sales channels and remains the editor of the Bicycling Yearbook and Bicycling Trade. A few more details here: Phil Latz selling Bicycling Australia Magazine

That magazine went so downhill after the previous editor, Simon Hayes, I think, reportedly took VR. I did not renew my subscription and went instead to Bike.
Too heavy to climb, too old to sprint.
