Ditto - Their webshop isn't as flash as c r c or Wiggle, but their prices are nearly always on point.rodneycc wrote:Hope my favourite shop doesn't start going downhill now...

Hope not. I used to be regular customer of PBK, and my last three o/s orders have been from Ribble.

Yeah I don't even look at PBK any more, haven't bought from them in years. Got sick of the rubbish stock levels
Ribble is my long term fav. Hope they don't go down the s__t chute.

I kind of doubt nvestment bankers bought out ribble because they want to run a bike shop.

Ouch. Looks like it's anywhere else but from here.Howzat wrote:I kind of doubt nvestment bankers bought out ribble because they want to run a bike shop.
...whatever the road rules, self-preservation is the absolute priority for a cyclist when mixing it with motorised traffic.

Ribble might have been a favorite place to look, but I often found them out of stock on many things I wanted anyway. That might improve, but it doesn't sound like it's going to and stay as cheap as it is.
I'm mainly a c r c and Wiggle shopper by default. More likely to get everything in one order (or two) rather than a bit from here and a bit from there.
