Recently spent $200 on a service here, and part that was replaced was faulty. Took my bike back soon after the service to talk options but the entire store is now closed down. Website says they're closed forever.
Anyone know how I can get in touch with the ex-owner, Ross?

Contact the distributer of the brand for that faulty part. They would be the next port of call, a faulty product is still of interest for then to fix / repair / resolve even if the retailer is no longer in business.
