Another one off to the central coast.
Rent for a shop in the coast is 400 bucks a week they said, I don't think you are paying that in Newtown!
So not profitable, upping sticks and going where it might be.
Donny is at Glow worm in Marrickville so at least there is still one mechanic in Sydney not afraid of my recumbents!

Another casualty of low interest rates driving the massive asset price inflation and subsequent impact on commercial rents we've seen since Johnny Howard set the RBA a low consumer price inflation mandate.

There could be other reasons but I think mainly he's had enough for a while, Adam's young family lives in Woolongong and he has to travel up to Newtown every day, the Original Cheeky Monkey Cycle Company which began at Central Station in Pitt Street has divided over the years to Cheeky Velo-sport and there was another in Newcastle too I beleive.
He just wants to spend time with his family and think about his next move I guess.
I beleive he had a pretty good party at the shop...I met one of the participants on the train who got off at the same station and me. She was riding a Brombton.
Cheers
