I managed to lose my long suffering 800 the other day and after I finished swearing, began to contemplate the $ spend required.
Having had/lost/broken/refurbed several models over the years, I've become pretty familiar with the various unit's failings & strengths.
What I'm trying to work out is when Group Track is coming to the 1000, and how it will be implemented. If it's a firmware deliverable, I'll probably opt for the bigger screen 1000. If not, then I'll get an 820.
Any thoughts?

Proof that if you wait long enough, you can answer your own questions.
