just got a call from the bike builder. he's gone to put the wheels on and discovered that the cassette wasnt in the box from ribble either!

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

again sourcing one locally so i can get the bike finished and will be sending a written complaint to ribble

Didnt anyone unpack the box and check it against the invoice when it arrived??

when i received it i didnt even open it and forwarded it to the builder. dont know how the builder didnt notice that the cassette was missing when he found the FD and BB were missing
