just got a call from the bike builder. he's gone to put the wheels on and discovered that the cassette wasnt in the box from ribble either!
AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
again sourcing one locally so i can get the bike finished and will be sending a written complaint to ribble
