I am trying to find road shoes to suit the old style 4bolt, 2 piece cleat TIME EQ pedals. Pedals are as new, great to use, but shoes are falling apart after many years. All the new shoes, even the newer version of Carnacs I am using, all have a standard 3 hole system.
Any shops out there with some old size 43s to suit?

That sounds very familiar. Is that George from the inner west of Sydney?
If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

George is having trouble sourcing the old style cleats at a realistic price. Seems more effort than its worth, if you ask me.
Personally, I'd get some modern 3 hole compatible pedals and then you can get the shoes of choice.
The savings in the pedals will be wasted on the shoes and cleats, neither of which will be compatible with the next pedals.

Sorry didn't get the "Think Pink" bit.
