Hey,
so i wanna buy something from nashbar.com, but i keep reading about all this credit card fraud happening thru their site.
Has this happened to anyone here?
the thing i wanna buy is only US$10 so i don't wanna get it cheap only to end up being screwed around by the various scams that seem to be operating there.
Ps, i can't find the item i want anywhere else online
Cheers for any info

Best thing you can do and the safest is get yourself a debit/credit card that you have to transfer funds from another account to cover the cost in order to pay. If the funds are not there then some A--hole making a fraudulent purchase can't do such a thing. You make your purchase work out the shipping costs and before completing the transaction transfer the funds to your credit/debit card and then hit send. Your payment is made and your allot safer so that is how I control all my online purchases it may pay you to do the same then you will have peace of mind when making any purchase online.
Nashbar have been a little lapsy daisy in there handling of this matter so I for one wouldn't be making a purchase without the method I told above to cover you and any loop holes that still may or may not exist in there system. My 2c worth.......
