Hi Carrots, can you please send me an email with what you received and the condition in which it arrived? Apologies for your experience, I look forward to learning what happened and improving it.

I agree. However, I don't mind having one pair of blue/black, but would prefer the option of plain black. They are very comfortable

Yes, with each order, I take the complaint, raise the issue with other management, see what can be done and do our best to address it. If the same thing keeps happening, then I keep raising the issue until it is solved. That's what I do and do it the best I can.

If you feel like sharing you latest experience, to voice your unhappiness with us but not try to help me to resolve this, then you are of course entitled to that as well. I am here to try to help.

What I would like to know is, was something sent out without packaging? Was it just in a satchel? What was it? What condition was the item in when you received it.

If wish to let me try to help, please email me. Ride safe and have a great weekend.

Good luck, I suspect its one of those hidden metrics. As most people would not complain and just buy from elsewhere in the future, and it would be hard to convince the management to change their procedures based on the relatively small number of people that complains.

Mark,

Mark, do you have a reference for the improved performance claims for the gp4000s ver. ii on the website description?

Those were given to us by an Australian Continental representative. I'll ask him for his sources and put those on wiki-style.
(we just didn't make those up, haha)

jasonc, let me know if you still don't have it by the end of Monday, and I'll see what's happening (mark@this link is broken).
If you live in a metro area, this would be highly unusual to wait this long.

the worse thing in the delivery address is over the fence from the local auspost DC. cell bikes web site states the order left tuesday. so as usual it's an auspost issues. i use my wife's work because of this. fingers crossed for monday. my torpedo7 order on the other hand...ordered tuesday also - still "being checked by staff"

Glad to hear mate. Let me know when you want to order again and I'll make sure you're bumped to the front of the queue, although that won't help if AU post delivery is slow.

Ride safe and have a great week.

Based on specs and price my best mate bought a S2200SE this evening. Looked at Reid's, Momentum and Hasa.
Looking forward to reviewing in a few weeks.

Hi thejester (why do I keep thinking of a Steve Miller song when I read this?), definitely looking forward to your review. We've taken every review & feedback gotten regarding our previous TrailBlazer model and have revised it and it's now called the 'Yarra' http://search.this link is broken/search?w=yarra . So we do value your feedback!

Did someone, somewhere say that Cell were releasing a cyclocross model sometime in the future, or have I dreamt that?

The Brunswick (the cyclocross bike) has been delayed due to a SRAM Disc Brake recall and we're looking at May-ish (sucks).

Does a sram recall causing delay mean no di2?
