Campag has 32mm and 35mm versions. So I guess that's pretty standard.

After trying to locate a suicide plate, their clamp sizes come in 29.5, 32 and 35mm sizes, so I presume these are the common sizes for the down tube.

Standard external seat tube diameters are 28.6mm (1 1/8"), 31.8mm (1 1/4") and 34.9mm (1 3/8").
