Shogun GCR Ultimo

Hello, I've just impulsively bought a GCR Ultimo frame for $173.50 on Ebay (which I suppose means this isn't really the right section to post this thread but I wasn't sure where else to put it). It has carbon seat stays and forks, and comes with a tioga carbon seat post and FSA headset. According to the seller it might be a rebadged Shogun but I haven't been able to find any info on the net. If anyone knows anything about this frame and parts I'd love to know. Is it any good, did I get a good deal,what's it worth, etc. I'll see if I can post a picture if it's any help.
