Just got my order today which i ordered on tuesday from pb and its all great stuff, very cheap and very fast shipping from the uk, am very happy and will use again, just got my tax return back today so looks like i might have to order some more stuff, lol. The only complaint is the bib knicks i got make me look like i have a camel toe, lol

No not out of stock, as I received a package shipped confirmation on the 5/7/07. So far no reply from them regarding my emails to let them know nothing has arrived on my doorstep.
This is a real shame , I ordered the Veloce shifters and calipers ... and was looking forward to installing them ...

With a recent order I had to phone them to find out where the missing part was. They didn't reply to emails. Oh BTW no pedals yet either.thomas_cho wrote:No not out of stock, as I received a package shipped confirmation on the 5/7/07. To be fair, and this was a year ago, something was missing, and the replacement was promptly sent, no questions asked. So ... on the whole I have been quite happy with PBK, and have confidence in them.
But recently I have been hearing more and more complaints about not replying to emails, mistakes in shipping, etc.
Hopefully I dont get stiffed on this one!

Okay no sign of my package till today. No replies to my emails either.
Anyone experience the same treatment from PBK as I did?
Anyone experience not receiving their order as well?
I would hate to have to contact my bank to reverse the charge, as that is more hassle.

Yes. Phone them ... I got a promise of delivery. Its been a week and nothing but a week is pretty good out of the UK. I will give them another week in my case and then email in a more formal tone with the option to involve consumer protection. That should encourage an outcome .thomas_cho wrote:Okay no sign of my package till today. No replies to my emails either.

I have a personal email address for PBK if you want to try that. Email me directly for the details.
