Thought I would share a good example of some great customer service from Wiggle. I recentley ordered approximately 5 items, when they arrived I discovered one of my items to be missing although it was included on the enclosed receipt. I immediately emailed customer service and within 5 minutes (!) I received a reply apologising and stating that my missing item would be dispatched that day.

Of course it was a pain to have to wait for the item to be resent, however Wiggle were extremely trusting and painless to deal with.

Thumbs up to Cell Bikes! Placed my order on Saturday night and I received it today. It was processed and packed in the morning, billed and arrived at my office at 4pm.

Is it just me or is Wiggle getting slower with delivery?

Ordered 08 September 2012, now 13 September, the items don't even show up with the tracking code. I've contacted them, hopefully they will be able to sort it out.

My last Ribble order arrived in six days. This is the shortest time I have ever had to wait for an order. Even beats orders coming from Sydney.

However, the longest I have had to wait is three weeks. This was from Ribble as well.

My order got "stuck" meaning it wasn't picked up. I'll get a replacement instead. Fingers crossed.

I got this from Ribble today..

Unfortunately our warehouse staff have been inundated with orders so they are taking slightly longer than the advertised timescales to be despatched. I can confirm that the order has been despatched today.

No response to emails.
Did get an automated email asking for me to review their goods and service.....
Still nothing shown up from the ProBikeKit order.....
No response to 3 emails, and an "email" sent via their online form.

Anyone else had problems with ProBikeKit?

Saw the price of Tioga lights reduced on the pushys website http://www.pushys.com.au" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . $15 for the set I thought looked OK and the shipping was only $10. But before I hit the buy button, went onto Ebay to cross check price OK I thought but there it was same price but free postage and the same seller???? Got two sets.

Paid Thursday delivered Monday in a Pushys envelope postmark QLD.

Ordered a new Santini skin suit from Ribble on September 6th, got it yesterday - very unlike them to take that long, but for a saving of 50% RRP I can wait!

I must be blacklisted on Wiggle, last 2 orders have both taken 14 days to arrive. Maybe because they are only small orders, water bottles gloves tubes etc. Just noticed their automated email now states "Goods may take upto 10 working days"

Ordered on Sunday night from c r c. Dispatched Monday, arrived Thursday - handlebars and levers. I've read on this thread about others getting stuff delivered this fast but this is the first time it has happened for me.... Yippee!!!! Was able to spend almost 2 hours in the man cave playing!!
