I've had them match a price by T7 but they didn't beat it by 10%. They sent through a code, I used said code on a pair of knicks I was after which their site told me was in stock. Purchase went through but I get an email after another item in the order was shipped to say the knicks are on back order.

So I replied back asking if the knicks could be switched over for a different pair of the same brand and type ie I wanted Castelli Velocissimo DS originally, then asked for Castelli Velocissimo Due when the other pair was out of stock. They were exactly the same price, but when I got switched over to the new pair, the original price was used ($113) and not the priced match price ($98).

Tl;dr? Wiggle price matched, didn't give an extra 10%, somehow went out of stock and then charged me the original amount.

Finally got my Probikekit order the other day (5 weeks). Missing 2 items - only found this out after I got the box (no courtesy email to say the parts were out of stock and on back order). The thing I find strange is when I enquired they just said they will be shipped once back in stock - would have thought an offer to refund given large time delay might have been appropriate. -1 customer.

Another day... another good bike bug experience.

I was chasing a groupset. It was out of stock - but it came in within a day of the estimated restock date. When I pressed buy it now it made the trip from Sydney to Brisbane in less than 24 hours. Very impressive.

 If you want to.
Not sure if I'd say I'm a fan of their site. A little ummm, and the searches threw up some interesting results.
Creating an account could be simplified too...

I got wiggle to price match T7 with their voucher, then beat it by 10%. It took a few emails.

They originally didn't want to honour the code because it comes up as 'gift' in the cart. I linked this webpage to show them that the code is pubic, and not a gift:

Purchased:

Wiggle Price match is a tad disappointing, sent an email a week ago and still no reply =(

In other news, bought about $100 worth of bits from Ribble, its nice they finally match the free postage like c r c/Wiggle etc.

Sunday 22/9 - ordered
Tuesday 24/9 - dispatched
Tuesday 1/10 - card left at my door

happy with that, and Ribble always has great prices, when in stock.

Thats impressive for Ribble.
Is that using Royal Mail?

Ribble and PBK are usually a month wait for me, so I don't bother.

My last Ribble order, via Royal Mail, was a little slow. Ordered on the 14/09 arrived on the 30/09.

After being an absolute diehard c r c fan I'm a little disgruntled at present. The wrist band on a Garmin 610 watch I'd bought busted a few months ago, and the subsequent warranty service after starting well has turned to absolute crap. Pushing 3mths later and I've finally told c r c to jam their watch and send mea refund. They keep fobbing things off to Garmin saying they've been slack but at the end of the day the buck stops with the retailer.

Plan on doing same in the next 24 hours. First experience (website) was bearable, but average. Second experience (pricebeat request) was excellent. Sent a link to product on Wiggle (from google as Wiggle was down last night it would seem), fortunately I had the price in a screen dump I had emailed to the minister for finance. Logged the request at around 10pm IIRC. Voucher code for price beat was emailed to me at 2:56AM. I can handle a slightly clunky website/account creation for a $440 set of Fulcrum 3's 8)

Yeh, royal mail. Its only been DHL when i ordered about $500 worth of parts, but normally its been about 10 -14 days.

So yeh, was quite chuffed to have it within a week from dispatch, free postage as well.

**edit** got the box, has EMS stickers on it

Wiggle came through on a price match for me. Took them 3 days of emails back and forth, including them asking for information I had already supplied, but I got the 10% off.
Posted with Wiggle's usual alacrity one the purchase went through.

Arrived today, so it took two and a half weeks or thereabouts.

Wasn't in a hurry to receive, so I'm happy with that. :)
