Ordered a kit from Jaggad this week (based in Melbourne)

24/2 - Order placed in the PM
25/2 - Jaggad fulfilled order first thing and shipped
28/2 - Aus Post delivered

Jaggad were great to deal with, gave me a huge discount, shame it takes Australia Post 3-4 days to deliver a small package between Melbourne and Brisbane.

pushys are very prompt with shipping. apparently orders are picked within an hour or so of being placed. all mine have arrived the next day, but i'm only 100km from them.

also,

anyone want a 5 pound off (~$9.60) voucher for CRC?

So an actual post.

I went for some cheap $5.50 socks - Cannondale Socks from CRC I actually don't wear them for cycling, rather out and about because cycling socks tend to be better than bonds and the other crappy socks in the mens underwear section.

One pair had a decent sized hole on arrival - no big deal, photo sent and CRC sent out a new one - wrong colour but no big deal.

CRC service was good as well as delivery time but the Cannondale sock are poor. Wiggle DHB socks are cheap but much better.

Starbike

Made an order with them, took over a week to process so I dropped them an email to find out what is going on. OHHH that part due in tomorrow no problem. Wait, still no email saying been sent. So another email get sent and I then find a part I've ordered is now out of stock with no notice of when it will be in stock. NOT GOOD. It was in stock when I purchased according to website. So I made an alteration and bingo it got sent off.
It arrived in 2 weeks, so I immediately laced up my rear wheel when I noticed a problem with the spokes. 2 of them appeared too short hmmm. Pulled them out and sure enough 2mm too short. Grabbed a spare from that pack and put it in, and what would you know, that one is short as well :!:
So I got my steel ruler out and started measuring all the remaining spokes. Turns out the clowns sent me 3 more 256mm spokes and bundled them with the 258mm spoke lengths and I happened to pick those 3 out of 40 spokes.

So some good and a lot bad...

Cycling Express

I have made 3 purchases from Cycling Express since late last year....since the revamp and they started shipping direct from Taiwan. Additionally, I had a faulty Moon light so have had to lodge a return to that.

Overall - very satisfied with the whole experience and will continue to purchase from them.
Price - as competitive as anyone else and when on sale, very good! I have got some great deals from them over the last few months. Also they seem to be less capricious than they used to be with regard to discounts etc.
Online chat- why more websites dont have this I dont know. I had a question which was answered promptly and well by the online chat system they had.
Delivery - often less than a week to Sydney. Not as fast as Cell or Bikebug but thats fine. As fast as anything from the UK.
Returns - send an online return request and got a response in 3 days. All resolved to my satisfaction.

Whatever changes they had made, it's working well.

Pushy. No order confirmation for my order on January, but did receive shipping confirmation. Fast forward to last week's order, received order confirmation but got the package today without shipping notification. I reckon their system is a bit off. But fast service nonetheless.

The good CRC experiences keep rolling for me.
Ordered Sunday night 9/3 (and upgraded to DHL Express because I'm impatient ;))
Delivered to my workplace in Sydney yesterday 13/3 and rode home on my commuter with a nicely upgraded saddle.

Ayups V4 Lights.

Awesome kit, case is really nice, and everything is inside exactly as promised. The half epic battery charged in hardly any time, and sure enough, lit up an already fully lit room when I tested them both lights. Highly recommend Ayups.

Ordered and paid through paypal: 13/3 7pm
Package Sent and email from courier: 17/3/ 5pm
Package Received: 18/3 2pm

Bad first time experience with pushys :(
06/3 ordered
07/3 shipped
11/3 arrived at Melbourne w note: Either the size or weight exceeds Fastway maximum weight or cubic size allowance. The depot will be in contact with the sender
12/3 at Melbourne w note: The sender of the freight has been contacted concerning the undeliverable freight and we are waiting further instructions.
16/3 submitted enquiry via their web-form
17/3 emailed pushys
18/3 rang pushys; they talked to the courier, confirmed there's a mix up and say I'll receive it approx 3pm since it's at Melbourne depot already.
19/3 Courier note: Return to Sender - your parcel has been returned to sender as we are unable to affect delivery.
20/3 rang pushys; they confirmed it's en route back to Brisbane & said that they'd re-deliver with a different (better) courier & I'd receive it Monday 24/3. I give up & cancelled the order.

I have mix experience with pushys. I'm happy with the phone discussions - very receptive & helpful. However, they never reply to my enquiry/ email that I sent on 16th & 17th. Plus if they have better courier, why use a crap one (& it is a crappy one based on the reviews on the net)?

Will probably try again give them another go as so many of you have had good experience with them.

TBF, that doesn't really sound like Pushys' fault at all. In fact, it sounds like they were really helpful.

Some things are out of their control.

Any one else get an unsolicited SMS from (I assume) Cell Bikes.

"NORCO and CELL bikes Further Reduced from $199! Road MTB City Fixie Kids Bikes Prices SLASHED. St George's Road, Fitzroy North, optout reply 'stop'"

I wonder if "F Off. What a great way to degrade your business." also works?

yep, got it, and replied stop straight away.

EDIT I checked my preferences and I didn't tick marketing as a way of receiving info, so why do they think they can send me the texts? *(assuming it's CELL). Just checked the FCC rules on Spam: Unwanted Text Messages and Email, and this is unwanted and I didn't give express consent for SMS marketing.
