My carbon 5800 105 pedals that I bought from CRC finally turned up after 15 days in transit. They look really nice and they are very lightweight. I'm still waiting on two saddles for my kids that I purchased from CRC before the pedal order.

Ordered from CRC 30 Jul, delivered 4 Aug. DHL is vey efficient and with proper tracking. Only problem was a hole in the box and a small item fell out of it. Received a refund from CRC within a day. Great service.

singlespeedscott wrote:On Sunday the 27/04 I purchase 3 x 25mm Vittoria Rally singles from Wiggle. Only went with the standard free shipping option and they turned up yesterday, Monday 04/08. Pretty happy with that :D

Interesting... I ordered the day before in the afternoon and they messaged back that it was posted 4 hrs later and still nothing has arrived. My Wiggle experiences have been fairly ordinary this year and it all traces back to them sending me the wrong item which I returned. Late last year they sent me 25mm tires when I ordered 23's and in the wrong colour, so I returned them and have nothing but problems with Wiggle order's since. I'm glad I read this thread now, its the nail in the coffin as far they go for me now.

CRC - ordered and dispatched 22 July (with free shipping promotion), now more than 3 weeks and so sign of it. Sent email last night to start refund/resent process. Fortunately these were spares that I was not desperate for. My order before that took just over 2 weeks (again free shipping promotion). Perhaps time to shop elsewhere

CRC is really beginning to bug me. Their deliveries are taking so long to arrive that the mystery discount coupons are expired by the time I get them.

Update: Forms filled out and replacements are on their way. Can't fault their after sales service.

2 tyres, 2 tubes from Charinreaction....free shipping....1 week to get to Tassie.

Probably faster than if my LBS ordered them from the "big island".

Impressed !

Ordered Ergon Grips and brake levers from Moruya Cycles - arrived in Sydney next day 7.30am.
Love it when a LBS can provide service that fellow posters here think they have to seek on the other side of the world.

Ordered from CRC on 11th of August, arrived today. So two weeks.
That's still okay in my book, though admittedly twice as long as my previous few orders from CRC. No complaints. :)

Ordered 3 small items from Pushys yesterday (Sunday) to take advantage of their free shipping (code:freeship, must spend >$30).
Arrived in Brisbane today, less than 24 hours later. Amazing service, I don't know how they do it.

I placed an order with Pushys (AT) 2PM today, got shipping email just now (8PM). Can't get the tracking to work though. The popup is just blank?? Looks like it's an Auspost delivery though, as i put the code Pushy's provided into Auspost's tracking & got a result that it had been "initiated".

I have a Fizik Arione CX with carbon braided rails which I got an a bike frame I purchased earlier this year. It was a 2012 Giant and the date stamp on the saddle was Feb 2011. The carbon rails failed a few weekends ago. Not catastrophic failure but made the saddle unusable. Prior to throwing away I figured I'd send through an enquiry on the Fizik site ( http://www.fizik.com/quality-claim/ ). Got an email back this morning from them saying:

Dear Dom
Thank you for your e-mail and sorry for the problem occurred.
I will send you a brand new saddle soon.
Thank you and regards

Not counting my chickens but if a new saddle turns up on my doorstep I'll be stoked! :)

Brand new saddle arrived today. Massive win for Fizik customer service! :)

Couriers Please seem to be the rage with online Aussie stores? They must be cheap, because they're bloody slow! Would rather pay extra and have Startrack deliver within a day or so (to regional SA)

Anyone had any issues with the packaging from CRC?

Just got my order today after 3 weeks, was just left outside the front door in a box that was smashed up and busted with a note saying "This is how we received this box"

It seems the delivery guy did not want to face me so just ditched the box in the hopes I would find it.

Everything seems to be fine inside, but still a bit p1ss poor.
