Okay who has purchased from totalcycling.com before?

I have done one purchase and it wasnt a smooth transaction. There was an item I had ordered that was not in stock, and no one bothered to let me know. I had waited two weeks before firing off an email.

In the end, I received the package 5 weeks after I had placed the order, and my card charged.

Did anyone have good exprience with them?

I did make purchase from Total Cycling. And would I purchase again???I think I would! But........I prefer UK outlets.....
Transaction wasn’t that smooth. They send two parcels instead of one and they charged me U$5 extra for it.
For items they did not have in stock they refund my CC (but not postage) after about a week. But make sure you opt. for express 3 day delivery which is only couple of bucks extra.
