Ah ok didn't notice that untilnow. Pretty misleading advertising by Bikebug...you can get 404 tubular (non-Firecrest) wheelset for just under $2K though, which is a reasonable deal.petal665 wrote:Each.
Or you can get Zipp 808 tubular wheelset for $1790

Rode the Azzurri Forza Pro Di2 with these wheels and they were pretty damned good.danny the boy wrote:Got some wheels on the way but just noticed these, probably might of changed my mind if I saw them.

Rolled really well and found them to be pretty stiff, even climbing steep sections out of the saddle with my mid 90's kg frame.

Well this arrived.jasonc wrote:torpedo7 light on special:

$49.99 - pretty good price for a P7 emitter.
It works pretty good. Nice and bright, more spread out but not as intense as my Ayup intermediate beams (Which have been converted to Rear lights with the Red Caps Ayup provide)
The most annoying thing with the light is the "PSSST!" noise it makes in my headphones everytime they flash. They certainly wouldn't get radio emission approval from me!

I picked up a few items.

Keep in mind Skins has a whole new range on Cycling Clothes coming out next year or end of this year, however there likely be stupidly expensive at RRP

I've found the same. Great value wheels if you see them at a good price. Also, they look good.MichaelB wrote:Rode the Azzurri Forza Pro Di2 with these wheels and they were pretty damned good.danny the boy wrote:Got some wheels on the way but just noticed these, probably might of changed my mind if I saw them.

I picked up one from Anaconda for $125 during a 50% off sale. That said I will need to modify it a bit to make sure it securely holds a bike.jasonc wrote:no bike maintenance standmddawson wrote:Aldi are having their annual bike and accessories sale next wednesday (03/10/2012).

I have to modify the Aldi one also - when mounting via the seatpost, the claw slips around on the post then the bike isn't levelmddawson wrote:I picked up one from Anaconda for $125 during a 50% off sale. That said I will need to modify it a bit to make sure it securely holds a bike.
