That's probably still including VAT, if you choose the local settings at the top, click the UK flag and change to Australia then you should see a price of $73.53 (£48.33), you then can get 10% off that price. However I think £50 is the minimum for free international delivery.thomashouseman wrote:Err I get: 52.19 GBP = 79.3495 AUDReman wrote:http://www.evanscycles.com/pages/intern ... tions#tour

Kharma framesets for $600, 'glam' paintwork which has some lilac highlights but if you can deal with that it seems like a great deal to me, brand-name frame at chinese frame prices. Auctions end at 8:35pm tonight, I'm tempted but really don't have a use for one...

so, with all the lovely costs associated with grays online, how much does a $600 frame cost? (say it went for $600)AndrewBurns wrote:Kuota framesets on graysonline at bargain prices:

Well there's a 15% buyers premium so I guess $690, don't know what shipping would be.jasonc wrote:so, with all the lovely costs associated with grays online, how much does a $600 frame cost? (say it went for $600)AndrewBurns wrote:Kuota framesets on graysonline at bargain prices:

FedEx Courier costs A$15. Delivery is overnight into Sydney and Melbourne, and two days for Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth – Monday through Friday. Allow three working days for addresses outside the main cities.
ALSO - In their latest newsletter they are promoting 'joining to become and on-line revolutionary and get a $30 Gift Voucher. The thing was I couldn't find and more or any general info on this so don't know for whom this may be applicable.
Link: http://www.groundeffect.co.nz
UPDATE:
For a $30 gift voucher - it is linked to existing accounts and I can send invites... so if you want an invite, PM me your name and email. I will need your real name, first and last name.
UPDATE2:
The invite doesn't work for existing customers though the voucher may still have been sent to current customers, so check your email.

How is a hand signal unclear? Are indicators on a bicycle even a legal alternative to hand signals for riders?

If the LEDs are bright enough, it should be easier to understand, I'm sure not every driver understands or pays attention to hand signals. Also, you get to keep both hands on the handle bar, while the LEDs continue to blink (need to remember to cancel it).
For motor vehicles (such as motorcycles) there's a requirement that the rear indicators must be at least 18cm apart. Not sure if this rule applies to bicycles, since bicycles do not require to have indicators at all. Also you can have the indicators on your jersey or backpack.
