Thank's for that. As innovative and competitive Wiggle is, I have also noted their non-deals. Havn't got a clear answer yet however it is pretty much marketing that says a permanent 20% off the list price looks good.... as does a a sale.... with 20% of the list price. The end result is the same, and both seem attractive however neither can last forever if they are the status quo.
