I've always known it to be 'Or-bay-ah' but being Spanish you would roll the 'R' to be a bit more like 'Orrr-bay-ah'

I'd never heard of them but the info I could find out about them seemed to be all positive. It weighs about 16kg with a 3kg flywheel that coasts quite a while.
