Probably get things quicker from wiggle the way ce have been doing orders lately.SouthWest wrote:free shipping no minimum spend (AT) cyclingexpress as well!
Bought a few things from them...a Campy BB was cheaper than the UK stores. I recommend them!schroeds wrote:Bikebug have got serious about their online business, I've priced them up against the Wiggles (no, not those Wiggles ) and Ribbles and they stack up really well, plus I got sme great customer service from them with a recent swap (wrong size bought) so I reckon we should be supporting local (they operate a LBS).
I have nothing to do with them btw
You must have found the only part which was more expensive overseas. I looked at an Ultegra 6701 chain and it is $45.36 at bikebug but $26.24 at Wiggle.Fresh wrote:Bought a few things from them...a Campy BB was cheaper than the UK stores. Ha! Delivered in a week my foot! In the 20 or so orders from DX, I think I've had ONE arrive in a week. Most take 3 or 4 weeks.alexanderDX wrote:If you're looking for a pretty good bike light at a good price, delivered within one week, then check this out Please read the rules Alex worth a look.
Some items are now listed as "AU Direct" and supposedly come via Toll Express or something. You should read up first.thomashouseman wrote:Ha! Delivered in a week my foot! But not the item you linked. Maybe you should check things like that first?petal665 wrote:Some items are now listed as "AU Direct" and supposedly come via Toll Express or something. On their website it still states:FREE DELIVERY to Australia on orders over AUD$100, excludes Bicycles
I ordered some parts on Jan 13th from BB after ringing to check they were actually in stock (was told they were) but order was not dispatched until 10 days later (23rd Jan) and then only received yesterday 30th Jan. Don't think I'll bother using them again.schroeds wrote:Bikebug have got serious about their online business, I've priced them up against the Wiggles (no, not those Wiggles ) and Ribbles and they stack up really well, plus I got sme great customer service from them with a recent swap (wrong size bought) so I reckon we should be supporting local (they operate a LBS).
