If you read the T&Cs free shipping excludes heavy and bulky items. It's pretty standard and reasonable.

Cracking trainer (especially with the Pro flywheel option) but it is HEAVY so I'd have been gobsmacked if you scored free shipping on that.
That seems a decent price too as mine cost ~$420 (Pro version) a few years ago from CRC.

Change currency to UKP, now add up your cart to over 200 UKP (which includes VAT), but when you put in your shipping details, the VAT disappears, but the discount still stays. So effectively you can pay under 200UKP and still get 25UKP discount!
