Cycling sunnies questions

Postby lavs » Mon Oct 01, 2007 1:27 pm

Hi guys - I have a couple of questions re cycling sunnies.

1. Is it possible to purchase BBB lenses separately? I can't find any websites that seem to sell them. Seems a pity if that is the case, as it means you would need to purchase the entire frame & lenses if one of the lenses gets damaged.

2. In terms of different lens colours, what is the best combination to get? I am thinking clear, yellow, orange and either dark grey or tinted blue. Would dark grey or tinted blue be better (aesthetics aside) with the above combination?

Thankyou everyone!

I can only comment on experience with mine.
Clear is needed.
Amber is great for dark overcast days - cuts glare and makes it look like a sunny day 8)
Dark Grey because I prefer not to have things coloured unless I choose (like when I wear the amber lenses.) These are great for anything from a super bright day to overcast days. They do get a little dark after sunset but that's what the other lenses are for.

Don't know where to get lenses though.
