You NEED to get rid of the plastic guard mounted on your rear hub where it meets the cassette (a.k.a. 'Dork Disk')

I took the reflectors off last night, lucky I did that!!

not sure if it's been covered, but a chain catcher is really useful...

I took the reflectors off last night, lucky I did that!!
the dork disk would have save a mate $400!
but i'd still take it off...
