Possible 2nd bike 2nd hand or new frame

I'm thinking of getting a 2nd bike through one of two methods. One is a Trek Madone 5.2 or 6.2 frame and building up the rest, wapping some of the higher end components I have already over to the new frame and getting the rest new, or the other thing is a 54cm Cervelo R5. This is my size. It appears to be a distress sale or from someone who doesn't use it much.

But something seems fishy with this going at such a low price... I've not used eBay before.

Edit: Got my answer, now it's a matter of getting together the funds and dragging myself off to Brisbane.
