Specialized in Australia are distributed by Specialized Australia.

I have no idea if it covers only a bunch of shipments to the US, whether the same models are sold here etc.

There is a recall in Australia on some Specialized models but haven't checked to see if it is the same recall as the US. Details at Recalls Australia.

That's a different recall, but for the same problem - front forks can break.
The models in the US recall are also sold in Australia.

what's the diff between a recall and a Technical Service Bulletin?
Saw a TSB for the Bottom Bracket set relating to one of the Specialized road models at the LBS the other day.
