Bar plugs which stay inRoad bike. I use the cheap plastic ones, but I lose a few each year as I commute. Getting a bit sick of that. Recommendations for a bar plug which stays in are welcomed. Extra points for inbuilt reflector or other coolness.

Re: Bar plugs which stay in
Wrap some electrical tape around them before you jam them into the bar end to ensure its tight. If they go in tight you shouldn't ever loose one. I have seen spreader bolt type ones similar to what you'd use on a dirt motorbike but they shouldn't be required. Re: Bar plugs which stay incant go wrong with these
Ever since the vasectomy...I mostly ride fixed.
Re: Bar plugs which stay inI've got Shadow Conspiracy branded bar plugs on my SS, rock solid, they look really good and they weren't expensive (can't remember what i paid but got them from the LBS). Where the Hope ones use a bit of rubber that gets squeezed and expands, the shadow conspiracy ones have 3 floating rectangular bits that get pushed out by cones at each end (pictures should make that easier to understand).

Re: Bar plugs which stay in+1 to the Hope ones. I have them on my road bike (silver) and had them on my last MTB (black). My new MTB has the XC/AM alloy plugs from the link below (shipped free), which are cheaper than the Hope ones and with a more secure feeling way of locking on to my mind - though, to be fair, the Hope ones have never budged in use.
