yep and yep.like most of their stuff ( i also ride dirt bikes and they make lots of tools, tubes , stands etc), its cheap and surprisingly tough.

Haven't used their tubes, but I've got a couple of their lights, a Tioga Dual Eyes knock off, and a silicon blinky set, and they have been bombproof. Also have one of their benchtop rotating repair clamps, and it's extremely good value.
