Mini-bottle brush cleaner. You'll find them in the kiddies section at BigW/Target. I also pull the mouthpiece off and throw the whole thing on the dishwasher.

I regularly soak my bottles in a mixture of lemon juice and boiling water.

Seems to lift off all the muck but eventually all bottles die.

On my Camelback Podium bottles, it's possible to pull off the little clear mouthpiece off, that's how you clean them. Otherwise they get pretty yucky.

Do it carefully though, otherwise you might not get it back on again. They are great bottles. :) I haven't got the insulated ones, just the regular items.

I took a water refill stop on a ride today and the two other riders at the stop both had Camelback Podium Chill bottles...My Garmin recorded a maximum temperature of 44 deg and I was thankful I had my Podium Chill bottles. They work.

I used mine yesterday.
One standard bidon and one camelback. Both frozen and placed on the bike at the same time. Drank the standard bidon first and after about 90 mins the water was starting to get hot. Went to the camelback at about 2 hours - water had completely melted but was still cold. Absolutely bliss at the time :-) :-)

Only downside is the capacity is 600mls. When it is stinking hot every little drop counts lol.

I am very happy with them Matt. The frozen is staying very cold a good three hours even on the morning where the temp averaged 35C. When I started drinking from it about an 1.5 hours into the ride it still had ice in it. The one I drink first is half frozen and that stays cool until empty, so for me excellent value and a bit of kit.
