integrated semi-cartridge bearings headset

Hi,
I have a few questions about integrated semi-cartridge bearing headsets vs integrated cartridge bearing headsets
Firstly is this just another name for semi-integrated and integrated headsets?
Secondly, I am looking at purchasing a fork which comes with an integrated semi-cartridge bearings headset and I wanted to know if it could be compatible with my frame which takes an integrated cartridge bearing headset. I know there are many standards for headsets but I wanted to know if these two categories ever match up?
