Hi there!
I'm an italian guy, soon travelling in Australia; i'm planning to do a long bike ride (SYD-MEL) and then the tour of Tasmania. I'm interested in buying a Salsa Fargo over there, use it, and ship it back home.
Does anybody have an idea where to buy it?
Thanks a lot
Matteo

Vivente randoneurs are put together in sydney have a look at this site for a fully loaded tourer that is well specced for a reasonable price.
I have a mate who has one and he is very happy with it, the owner of the company is very responsive to emails

I'm not sure if it applies to all Salsa bikes but when I went to my local bike shop asking about purchasing a 29er salsa frame I was told they are in the process of changing importers. That won't change where the bikes are available but it might affect stock levels, etc. Someone who works in any of the bike shops mentioned in previous replies should be able to tell you for sure.
