Hi Guys,
I am looking to change the pedals on my road bike to clipless ones. I have been looking at Crank Brothers Egg Beaters C pedals. Will these be compatible with normal SPD shoes? Currently using normal joggers with top clip pedals that came with the bike.
Also does anyone have any opinions on how good or bad these pedals might be?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

G'day Metro,
Yes, they are compatible with SPD shoes.
I've got the SL version on both my bikes and love them. The C version will be just as good, but may not last as long: you'll only get a three to five years out of them ....
Cheers,
Graeme
