Well done on the new bike. Given that you are of average proportions, I'd say looking at the picture and the seat height, I'd suggest a shorter stem turned back over the right way. Not the best photo to make that call by and you may have short legs. Just an observation and a simple thing to change. The main thing is the condition and the value. Enjoy your riding.
