Looking for really good bike lights for
Oversized handlebars.

Any recommendations?

Would prefer cheap $50 - $100 mark,
however good things cost money.

I assume you referring to front lights? If yes, Fenix L2D will do the trick, as will the Ultrafires etc. A good o-ring or wrist band will hold them on.
