I'm looking for replacements for some rims that are slowly wearing out.
They are Mavic XC717 26" 36hole rim brakes .. 19 mm internal rim width, fairly light weight but strong.
What replacement/s would you advise? Err .. not expensive would be nice

If you want to stay with Mavic, the XM117 is still available in 26" rim-braked form.
I had a thought, but it got run over as it crossed my mind.

^yep that about the last thing left, mavic OZ only had a few 28 hole 717's left when I asked them last year (was wanting 32's, luckily got some from overseas before they ran out), sunn don't seem to have anything anymore, or velocity...getting slim pickings
