Does such exist if I supply the parts for the build?

I know Richard at Vault Cycles in West Perth will do it and there is a price list on their website. Richard built me some wheels when he was at Cyclemania and they were pretty good and certainly better than stock wheels.

Talk to Adrian (AT) Melody Wheels in Freo. (I'm happy customer) He can cut and thread spokes to length.

TBE changed a rim on a wheel for me, was $80 iirc.

Eddy Hollands or Chris Glasby at Spitfire wheels. I have a set of Spitfires and can recommend Chris.

+ 1 Excellent wheel builder. In fact he is building up a new set of fat wheels for me at the moment.
