Help identifying part please

Im building a MTB that has cable holder/guides. There is a small black plastic sleeve thing that slots into the frame part to protect the paint.
I need to but some more, but have no idea what they are called. here is a pic. im unsure if it will display correctly.

It's not a paint protector, it's a cable grommet for holding full-length cable outers into the guides on the frame.
